The Foresight Story

Hi, I’m Reid Kittelson, owner of Foresight Home Performance & Inspection. Foresight started in traditional home inspections because I enjoy helping people make confident decisions about their soon-to-be or existing home. A thorough, visual inspection is still the foundation of what we do, and it’s often exactly what people need when buying or selling.

Over time, though, I noticed something: many of the biggest homeowner frustrations don’t always show up in a visual inspection. That’s what led me to expand into home performance. Home Performance testing helps uncover the why behind comfort and efficiency problems using non-invasive diagnostics when it makes sense.
